This course came at a time when I was feeling at a crossroads and needed to think and do differently. Being part of the programme has helped me to become more creative, more reflective and to have more confidence in myself and my ideas. I feel I now have a useful offering to the world and am beginning to become a competent grown up who can build a resilient, regenerative future for myself.
